Abstract

V ÖZET BİR İŞLETMEDE İSTATİSTİKSEL AĞIRLIKLI KALİTE EVİ (QFD) SİSTEMİNİN KURULMASI BOYACIOĞLU, Hayal Yüksek Lisans Tezi, İstatistik Bölümü Tez Yürütücüsü: Doç. Dr. Şanslı ŞENOL Temmuz 1999, 122 sayfa Bu çalışmada Toplam Kalite Yönetimi felsefesi altında tasarım kalitesi ve süreç kalitesinin sağlanması konusu ele alınmış, buna ilişkin Kalite Fonksiyon Açılımı yada Kalite Evi'de denilen QFD (Quality Function Deployment) yöntemi ve İstatistiksel Süreç Kontrol Yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı; endüstriyel teknikler ile QFD sistemini kurmak ve en uygun istatistiksel yöntemleri kullanarak bulunan sonuçların ispatını yapmaktır. İstatistiksel ağırlıklı QFD yöntemiyle, ürüne ait müşteri isteklerinin önem dereceleri belirlenmiş, müşteri istekleri ile mühendislik karakteristikleri arasındaki ilişki matrisi, mühendislik karakteristikleri arasında çoklu doğrusal regresyon model denklemi oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümü için, İzmir'de ISO 9002 belgesine sahip bir firma seçilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi aşamasında Excel ve Minitab paket programı kullanılmıştır.

Prof. Dr. Şanslı Şenol July 1999, 122 pages In this study, under the total quality control philosophy, providing design quality and process quality are handled. In relation to these concepts, management of QFD and statistical process control methods were investigated. In addition, in this study, aimed to establish QFD system and proof these conclusions with statistical techniques. It is aimed to determine the degrees of importance of customer desires related to the product, to develop relation matrix between customer desires and engineering characteristics, and also to develop multiple regression model by using statistical based QFD method. Later findings are implemented in a industry organization located in İzmir, Turkey. Finally, data obtained are analyzed by using statistical packages EXCEL & MNITAB.
