Abstract

- 25- SUMMAHY In this study, the alkoloit variation of the Withania sorani- fera haB been examined with regard to its different organs (morpho- genetio variability) and development period (ontogenetic variability). The experiments were arranged as pot experiment, in green house and outside, at Bornova in the fields of the Field Crops De partment of Agricultural Faculty. In experiment, Mithoherlich's pots have been used. These pots have been filled with the siffed out soil, sand_, burned stable fertilizer, in 1*1»1 rates. In addition, 1,2 gr N, 2 gr K 0, 1,2 gr P 0 have been put in to eaoh pot. The data related to morpho genetic and ontogenetik variability are as following t Morphogenetic variability data s In the drug leaf, yields of alkoloit was Ş& 0,099, it was İ» 0,204 in drug root and °/v 0,070 in drug fruit. As it has been seen, the highest yields of the alkoloit was obtained from the drug root. Ontogenetic variability data * In the drug leaf the highest alkoloit was found as fo 0.122 at full bloom. In drug root, the hig hest yields of alkoloit was fe 0,234 during the processing develop ment perrod. In drug fruit the highest yields of alkoloit was fo 0,100 at the beginning of the fruit ripered.

- 24 - VII.
