Aklüpende morfolojik özellikler ve tohum verimi üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Ö Z E T 1988 Ocak ile Temmuz ayları arasında Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü deneme tarlalarında, Ak Lüpen (Lupinus albu)'in bakteri aşılayarak ve aşılamaksızın yapılan denemesinde morfolojik ve tarımsal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Deneme; 15 Ocak, 15 Şubat, 15 Mart ve 15 Nisan olmak üzere dört Ekim Zamanında ve tohumun bakteri aşılayarak ve aşılamaksızın ekimiyle kurulmuş olup 3 tekerrürlüdür. Her parselden seçilen dört bitkide ölçüm, sayım ve tartımlar yapılmıştır. İncelenen karakterleri ve ortalama sonuçları şöyle özetleyebiliriz : 1- Bitkide bakteri aşılamasıyla çiçeklenme ve bakla görülme süresinin değişmediği, ekimin gecikmesiyle ise kısaldığı görülmüştür. En kısa çiçeklenme devresi 15.Nisan'da (38 gün) gözlenirken, en kısa bakla görülme devresi yine 15 Nisan (60 gün)' da gözlenmiştir. 2- Bitki boyu. Ekim zamanı ve aşılama ile değişiklik göstermemiş ve ortalama 35,1 cm, bulunmuştur. 3- Yan dal sayısı^ ekimin gecikmesiyle artma göstermiş olup bakteri aşılama ile değişiklik göstermemiştir. En yüksek yan dal sayısı 15 Mart ekiminde (4, 5 adet) bulunmuştur. 4- Bitkide bakla sayısı.ekimin gecikmesiyle arttığı hal de bakteri aşılamayla bir değişiklik göstermemiştir. En yüksekBakla sayısı, 15 Nisan ekiminde (.1,5 adet) bulunmuştur. 5- Baklada tane sayısına Ekim zamanı ve Bakteri aşılamanın hiç bir etkisi olmamış ve ortalama 2,3 adet bulunmuştur. 6- iane iriliğinin ekimin gecikmesi ve bakteri aşılama- sız yapılması halinde azaldığı gözlenmiştir, ün uzun tane, 15 Şubat'da ve aşılamasız ekimden'(9,413 mm), en geniş tane; 15 şubat'ta ve aşılamasız ekimden (8, QOO mm), en kalın tane ise; 15 Ocak» da ve aşılamalı ekimden (3. 997 mm) Ölçülmüştür. 7- Bin Dane Ağırlığı Ekimin gecikmesi ve aşılamasız yapılmasıyla düşme göstermiştir. En yüksek.cin Dane Ağırlığı 15 Şubat' ta ve bakteri aşılamalı ekimden (182 gr) bulunmuştur. 8- lohum verimi. Ekim zamanı ve Bakteri aşılamasıyla değişiklik göstermiştir. En yüksek Tohum verimi 15 Ocak' da, bakteri aşılamalı ekimden (64,83 kg/ da) alınmıştır. 9- Kimyasal analiz sonuçlarında Ak Lüpen tanelerinin ham protein ve hamkül içerikleri ekimin gecikmesi ve bakteri aşılamasız yapılmasıyla artış göstermiştir.

35 SUMMARY In this the morpholopical and agricultural characteristics of white lupin iLup_inuş al_bus) grown with and without rhizobium treatments in the field of the Field Crops Department, Faculty of Agriculture of Aegean University, between January and July in 1988. The experiment was conducted out in a randomized completed blocks design with three replications. The planting date («January, February, March and April) and treatment (with and without inoculation) were taken as factors of the experiment, The measurements and weighings were made on the four plants in each plot. The results can be summarized as follows : 1- The inoculation hasn't any effect on the flowering and legume occuring period. These period became short as the planting time delayed to spring. The shortest flowering and legume occuring period were seen at the plantings of 15 April. 2- The plant height wasn't effected from the planting time and inoculation. The average plant height was 35,1 cm. 3- The number of lateral branches increased as the planting time delayed where as the inoculation didn't effect this character. The most number of lateral branches was obtained from the planting of 15 March.36 4- The legume number per plant increased as the planting time delayed. The inoculation didrit effect this character. The most number of legume was obtained from the planting of 15 April. 5- The number of seed per wasn't effected the planting time and inoculation. The average number of seed per was 2,3. 6- The seed size decreased as the planting time delayed and inoculation. The most seed size was obtained from the planting of the 15 January and 15 February. 7- 1000 - seed weight decreased as the planting time delayed and inoculation. The most 1000- seed weight was obtained from the planting of the 15 February and planting inoculation. 8- The seed yield was effected from the planting time and inoculation. The most seed yield was obtained from planting inoculation and planting of the 15 January. 9- In the result of chemical analysis, The erode protein and crude ash contents increased as the planting time delayed and planting inoculation.
