Konfeksiyon sektöründe numune üretim sürecinin optimizasyonu

Abstract

In this study, sample production process optimisation in the garment industry has been proposed. To this effect, problem solving and process optimisation methods has been researched and supported with examples. In order to measure the optimisation results, an application area was chosen, present condition of which is highlighted through scientific methods. An optimisation schedule has been drafted and implemented. While drafting the optimisation schedule, suitable methods have been chosen according to the specified application area. After the optimisation process has finished, results were measured again and these results have been compared to first data via a statistical software.
