Abstract

Bu tezde İzmir Torbalı'da bulunan akışkan yataklı yanma sistemi içeren buhar üretim tesisi birimlerinin üç farklı zamanda alınan ölçümlerle dinamik ve ileri ekserji analizleri yapılmıştır. İleri ekserji analizinden önce gerçekleştirilen geleneksel ekserji analizi sonucunda sistemdeki en yüksek ekserji yıkımına sahip birimlerin 4556.5 kW (III.ölçüm sonucu) ile akışkan yataklı yanma sisteminin ve 819.4 kW (II.ölçüm sonucu) ile buhar üretim biriminin olduğu bulunmuştur. Ekserji verimlerinin ise sırasıyla % 44.2 ve % 46.2 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunun üzerine bu iki birimde gerçekleştirilen ileri ekserji analizlerinde akışkan yataklı yanma biriminin kaçınılabilir ekserji yıkım miktarı 2465.9 kW, buhar üretim biriminin kaçınılabilir ekserji yıkım miktarı ise 234.3 kW olarak hesaplanmıştır (1. Ölçüm verilerine göre).Sonuç olarak, ilgili birimlerde kaçınılabilecek toplam maliyet için hesaplanan kaçınılabilir yatırım maliyeti ve kaçınılabilir yakıt maliyetleri toplanarak, akışkan yataklı yanma sistemi için 176.2 $/saat ve buhar üretim birimi için ise 25.9 $/saat maliyetleri bulunmuştur. Maliyetlerin yanında ileri ekserji analizi ile elde edilen kaçınılabilir ekserji yıkım miktarına göre, FBCC ve HRSG için, modifiye ekserji verimleri hesaplanmıştır. I. Ölçüm verilerine göre sonuçlar sırasıyla %57.4 ve %81.7'dir.

In this thesis, dynamic and advanced exergy analysis was performed on a steam production plant, with the data measured at three different times, on a fluidized bed coal combustion (FBCC) system located in İzmir, Torbalı. Before advanced exergy analysis, conventional exergy analsis of all system units were carried out. The highest exergy destructions were determined for FBCC, 4556.5 kW (measurement III) and for HRSG, 819.4 kW (measurement II). Exergetic efficiency of these units were calculated as 44.2% and 46.2%, respectively. Thus for these two units, advanced exergy analysis were performed. Avoidable exergy destruction for FBCC was 2465.9 kW and for HRSG was 234.3 kW (measurement I).Finally, as the total avoidable cost, avoidable cost rate and modified exergetic efficiency of the units were evaluated. The total avoidable costs and modified exergetic efficiencies for FBBC and HRSG were calculated as; 116.8 $/h , 11.6 $/h and 57.4%, 81.7% (measurement I) respectively.
