Abstract

Türkiye`de bulunan Akidini BILLBERG, 1820 tribüsü (Coleoptera- Tenebrionidae) içinde yer alan iki cinse ait dört tür morfolojik karşılaştırma ve moleküler esaslı yöntemler ile incelenmiştir. Morfolojik karşılaştırma yöntemleri kullanılarak tribüs, cins, tür tanıları yapılmış, tür morfolojileri ayrıntılı olarak belirtilmiş, sinonimleri, dünya ve Türkiye`deki yayılışları verilmiştir. Türlere ait genel fotoğraflar ve erkek genital organ yapıları incelenerek fotoğrafları gösterilmiştir. Moleküler esaslı yöntemler temelinde ise dört tür, beliteç olarak kullanılan kısmi mitokondriyal gen bölgesi coxI ile karşılaştırılmış ve farklı yöntemler kullanılarak filogenetik ağaçlar ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca Akidini BILLBERG, 1820 tribüsüne ait Akis HERBST,1799 ve Cyphogenia SOLIER, 1836 cinslerinin akrabalık ilişkileri ve Anadolu`da yayılışları tartışılmıştır.
