Bazı bitki aktivatörleri, dezenfektan ve fungisit kombinasyonlarının sanayi domatesinde külleme hastalığına karşı etkinliğinin araştırılması

Abstract

One of the most widespread diseases of tomato grown both in greenhouses and in the field (fresh and processing) is powdery mildew caused by Leveillula taurica. In this study, management programs were evaluated to control of powdery mildew disease limiting not only yield but also quality of processing tomato with effective, ecological and economical ways. The total of three application programs including plant activators and fungicides were tested in Torbali in 2010-2011 seasons. Powdery mildew was observed naturally in both years in the fields. All the programs started with seedling application before transplanting and continued with four foliar applications, individually according to when the symptoms of disease were observed. In the fourth program, only H2O2 + CH3COOH was sprayed as foliar. Some fungicides were applied by the farmers in Control (Grower standard) plots. Efficacies of the programs were evaluated statistically. In conclusion, the second program [(Lactobacillus acidophilus ekstract X fluopyram+tebuconazole) + (H2O2 + CH3COOH)] had the highest efficacies to management the disease with 85% and 84% respectively in both years compared to Control. The third program [(Mn, Zn, Cu X boscalid + pyraclostrobin) + (H2O2 + CH3COOH)] and the first program [(SiO2 X triflumizole+ cyflufenamid) + (H2O2 + CH3COOH)] had the similar effect with about 75% effectiveness in both years. Moreover, when the results were evaluated in terms of fruit quality parameters, both the second and the third programs resulted in highest yield per plant, total yield, total tomato paste yield and brix in both years compared to grower standartKey words: Tomato, powdery mildew, fungicide, plant activator, application program.
