Havalı iklimlendirme sistemlerinde ekonomizer çevrimi

Abstract

Ticari binalarda ve evlerde genelde, iç ısı üreten kaynakların çokluğu, kullanım, geometri ve uygulama yerlerine bağlı olarak ısı kazançları, genelde yüksek değerlerde olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle soğuk ve ılıman dış hava koşullarının mevcut olduğu mevsimlerde, ticari binaların çoğu soğutma gereksiniminde olabilmektedir. Bu gereksinimde olan binalar için belirtilen özellikteki mevsimlerde, dış havanın soğutma amaçlı kullanımı olanaklıdır. Böyle bir sistemin tasarıma katılıp, kontrol sistemleri ve ilkeleriyle uygulanmış olması işletme giderlerini düşürerek kazanımlar sağlayabilecektir. Bu yazıda ekonomizer çevrimi termodinamik analizi, otomatik kontrol uygulamaları, damper tasarımı verilecektir. Kuru termometre sıcaklığı ve entalpi ekonomizer çevrimleri çalışma aralıkları karşılaştırılmaları ve uygulanabilirlikleri tartışılacaktır. Sistem tasarımında özellikle enerji yönetimi ve korunumu açısından neden dikkatle değerlendirilmesi gerektiği üzerinde durulacaktır.
