Marmara bölgesi buğday alanlarında yabani yulaf (Avena fatua L.) ve kısır yabani yulaf (Avena sterilis L.)`ın herbisitlere dayanıklılığının araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2008-2011 yılları arasında, Marmara Bölgesi buğday üretim alanlarında görülen yabani yulaf populasyonlarının dar yapraklı yabancı otlara ruhsatlı herbisitlere karşı dayanıklılığını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Marmara bölgesinin yoğun buğday yetiştiriciliği yapılan alanlardan 45 yabani yulaf populasyonu toplanmıştır. Toplanan populasyonların 36' sı Avena sterilis L. (kısır yabani yulaf) ve 9'u Avena fatua L. (yabani yulaf) olarak teşhis edilmiş, bölgede hakim olan yabani yulaf türünün A. sterilis olduğu belirlenmiştir.Serada yapılan çalışmalarda; bölgede en yoğun olarak uzun süredir kullanılan APP grubundan diclofop-methyl ve fenoxaprop-p-ethyle karşı bazı A.sterilis populasyonlarında (AV14, AV25, AV30, AV43) ve bazı A.fatua (AV12, AV13, AV42, AV44) populasyonlarında çeşitli oranlarda dayanıklılık tespit edilmiştir.Diclofop-methyl ve fenoxaprop-p-ethyl'e dayanıklı bulunan populasyonlar önerilen diğer herbisitlere karşı çapraz ve çoklu dayanıklılık testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Bu populasyonlardan AV30 dışındakiler APP grubundan clodinafop-propargyle de dayanıklı bulunmuştur.CHD grubundan tralkoxydime karşı AV14, AV25, AV12, AV13 populasyonlarında çapraz dayanıklılık belirlenmiştir.Aynı etki mekanizmasına sahip Phenylpyrazolin grubundan pinoxadene karşı hiç bir populasyonda dayanıklılığa rastlanılmamıştır. Yine testlenen iki türe ait yabani yulaf populasyonlarında sulfenilure grubundan mesosulfuron methyl + iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium ve propoxycarbazone-sodium + mesosulfuron-methylde karşı herhangi bir çoklu dayanıklılık bulunmamıştır.Aynı herbisitlerle tarlada da iki farklı lokasyonda (Balıkesir-Manyas, İzmir-Bornova) denemeler kurulmuştur. Manyas'ta kurulan denemede, tarla A. fatua ile, Bornova'da ise A .sterilis ile bulaşık olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca yapılan testlerde Manyas'taki A. fatua populasyonunda (AV44) dayanıklılık tespit edilirken, Bornova'daki A. sterilis populasyonunda dayanıklılık saptanmamıştır.

This study was conducted to determine the resistance of wild oat populations to herbicides that have been registere to gramine weeds in wheat production areas of the Marmara Region of Turkey between 2008 and 2011. Thirtysix populations out of 45, which were collected from intensive wheat growing areas of the Marmara Region, were identified as Avena sterilis L. (Sterile wild oat) and nine as Avena fatua L. (Wild oats), which show that A.sterilis is dominant wild oats species in the region. In greenhouse studies, some A. sterilis populations (AV14, AV25, AV30, AV43) and some A. fatua populations (AV12, AV13, AV42, AV44) showed resistance to diclofop-methyl and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl, which have been extensively used in given region, from the APP group in various degrees.Eight resistant populations underwent to further tests to determine cross and multiple resistance status against herbicides that are recommended. They except one, population AV30 were found resistant to clodinafop-propargyl from APP.Cross-resistance was determined in populations against tralkoxydime AV14, AV25, AV12 and AV13 tralkoxydim from CHD group. However, no resistance in population to pinoxadene from the group of Phenylpyrazolin has been found. There was no multiple resistance in both oat species against mesosulfuron-methyl + iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium and propoxycarbazone-sodium + mesosulfuron-methyl tested.Field experiments were conducted in two different locations (Manyas Balıkesir and İzmir-Bornova). It was determined that the field was infested with A .fatua in Manyas and with A. sterilis in Bornova. The Manyas population (AV44) was resistant and Bornova population was not resistant to APP herbicides. In similar toin vitro results fenoxaprop, diclofop, and clodinafop controlled wild oat in Manyas in low level while the control in Bornova was high. were These results indicate that our results obtained in greenhouse pot experiments were closer to the farmer conditions and there was a parallelism with field applications.
