Dilbilimsel steganografi yöntemleri üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Dilbilimsel Steganografi (Linguistic Steganography) üzerine, tarihçesinden gerekçelerine, kullanılan algoritmalara ve sistemlere kapsamlı bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Steganografik sistemlerin daha hızlı çalışmalarını sağlamak amacıyla yapılan çalışmalar ve bu çalışmaların etkileri üzerine, bir derleme oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır.Otoriteler tarafından kabul gören steganografi algoritmaları, zayıf ve güçlü yanlarıyla karşılaştırılmış, sistemlerin işleyişleri detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. Winstein, Nicetext, Wayner ve Atallah algoritmaları dışında, yeni bir yaklaşım olarak kriptografi kullanımını da benimseyen Markov zinciri tabanlı bir algoritma da incelenmiştir. Markov zinciri ve DES şifreleme sistemi algoritmasının performansı ve güvenliğinin artırılması için iyileştirme çalışmaları yapılmıştır.Bu araştırmanın amacı, daha doğal örtü verileri oluşturmak ve daha fazla örnek metin kullanabilmektir. Bu amacımızı başarabilmek için, CPU Programlama yerine GPU Programlama ortamı CUDA'yı kullandık. Bu tez çalışmasının, yeni araştırmalara yol göstermede yardımcı olmasını ve yeni gelişmeleri getirmesini umuyoruz.

In this study, we made a comprehensive research on the Linguistic Steganography, that includes the history, relevant issues, useful algorithms and systems. We made a survey that contains the research, aimed that speeding up the steganographic systems and the effects of them.Steganographc algorithms which are accepted by steanography authorities, are compared by their weak and strong sides, and their process flows are explained in detail. Except the four well established algorithms; Winstein, Wayner, Nicetext and Atallah, the new approach which accepts the usage of cryptography and based on the Markov chain process, is examined. Markov chain and DES encryption is modified to improve its performance and security.The purpose of this research is to prepare more natural cover texts and to use more sample texts. We used CUDA, GPU programming environment to succeed our purpose instead of using CPU programming. We hope that this thesis work can be helpful to guide new research and it can bring new developmens.
