Abstract

ÖZET KARANTİNA ADASI (İSKELE-URLA) ÇEVRESİNDE ANYONİK DETERJAN KİRLİLİĞİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI AYDOGAN, OK, Şeyda Yüksek Lisans Tezi Su Ürünleri Temel Bilimler Anabilim Dalı Tez Yöneticisi: Prof.Dr.Özdemir EGEMEN Mayıs 2002, 23 sayfa Bu çalışmada, İzmir Orta Körfezde yer alan Karantina Adası çevresinde 5, Urla Limanı açığında 1 istasyon olmak üzere, toplam 6 istasyonda, mevsimsel olarak Ocak, Nisan, Temmuz, Ekim 2001 tarihlerinde örnekleme yapılmış, yüzey sularında deniz suyu sıcaklığı, çözünmüş oksijen, tuzluluk, pH ve anyonik deterjan tayinleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; su sıcaklığı 15-27.2°C, çözünmüş oksijen 2,4-8,8 mg/1, tuzluluk %o35,10-39,19, pH 7,33-8.30, anyonik deterjan 0,025-0,96 mg/1 değerleri arasında değişim göstermektedir. IV ABSTRACT INVESTIGATION OF ANIONIC DETERGENT POLLUTION IN THE VICINITY OF KARANTİNA ISLAND (İSKELE-URLA) AYDO?AN, OK, Seyda Msc, Faculty of Fisheries Supervisor: Prof.Dr.Özdemir EGEMEN May 2002, 23 pages In this study, the seasonal temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity and anionic detergent parameters were measured from a total of 6 stations selected in the vicinity of Karantina island located in the middle section of İzmir Bay, during January-October 2001. As a result, some physico-chemical characteristics of karantina Island were given as below:water temperature 15.0-27.2°C, dissolved oxygen 2.4-8.8 mg/1, salinity 35.10-39.19 %o, pH 7,33-8.30, anionic detergents 0.025-0.96 mg/1.
