Abstract

Schiff bazları ve aminophosphine ligandları koordinasyon kimyasında geniş bir uygulamaya sahiptir. Schiff bazları ve ortometalasyon ile oluşturduğu kompleksler organik, organometallik sentezlerde ve katılma tepkimelerinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bu kompleksler, katalizör olarak kullanılmasının yanında antitümör özelliğinin de olduğu bilinmektedir. Aminofosfin bileşikleri koordinasyon kimyasındaki çeşitlilikleri nedeniyle oldukça ilgi çekmektedirler. Aminofosfinlerin kompleksleri alilik alkilasyon, aminasyon, Heck, Suzuki hidroformilasyon ve hidrojenasyon gibi değişik tepkimelerde katalizör olarak kullanılmasının yanında anti-kanser ve sinir ilaçlarında , bitki öldürücü ve antimikrobiyal ajanlarda kullanılmaktadır.Amin ve aldehit oranı 1:1 olan Schiff bazlarından P-N bağı yoluyla aminofosfin ligandları oluşturabileceği düşüncesi ve bu tip aminofosfin ligandlarının literatürde bulunmaması nedeniyle, çalışmada genel formülleri Bu çalışmada genel formülleri Me2NC6H3C(H)=NCH2-CH2NHR' ve 3,4,5(MeO)2C6H3C(H)=NCH2CH2NHR' olan Schiff Bazları ve bunlardan türeyen genel formülleri Me2NC6H3C(H)=NCH2-CH2NHR'PR2 ve 3,4,5(MeO)2C6H3C(H)=NCH2CH2NHR'PR2 (R= tBu, Cy ; R'= Me, iPr) olan aminofosfinler sentezlenmiştir. Oluşan bu Schiff bazları ve bunlardan türeyen aminofosfin ligandlarının yapıları FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve 31P-{1H}-NMR ile aydınlatılmıştır.

Schiff bases and aminophosphine ligands have a wide application in coordination chemistry. Schiff bases and their cyclometallated complexes play an important role in organic and organometallic synthesises and the oxidative additions. These complexes have been known that they have a antitumor character besides using as a catalyst. Aminophosphine compounds have been so interested because of their diversity in coordination chemistry. Aminophosphines complexes heve found application as anticancer drugs, herbicides and antimicrobial agents, as well as neuroactive agets besides theyhave been used as a catalyst in different reactions such as allylic alkylation, amination, Heck, Suzuki, hidroformilation, hidrogenation etc.The thought of forming aminophosphine ligands from the Schiff bases which were made of 1:1 mixture of aldehyde and amine and because of there weren?t any published literature about this kind of aminophosphines, the Schiff bases whose general formulas are Me2NC6H3C(H)=NCH2-CH2NHR? and 3,4,5(MeO)2C6H3C(H)=NCH2CH2NHR? and their aminophosphine derivatives whose general formulas are Me2NC6H3C(H)=NCH2-CH2NHR?PR2 and 3,4,5(MeO)2C6H3C(H)=NCH2CH2NHR?PR2 (R= tBu, Cy ; R?= Me, iPr) were synthesized in this study. Molecular structures of these Schiff bases and aminophosphines were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and31P-{1H}-NMR spectra.
