This study describes Geothermal District Heating Systems (GDHSs) and Geothermal Heat Pumps (GHPs) and their energetic and exergetic performance analysis. The case studies cover the actual system data taken from the systems, Turkey. General energy and exergy efficiencies of the GDHSs and GHP are introduced. Then this analysis applied to selected GDHS and GHP system using actual thermodynamic data for theirs recent performance evaluations in terms of energy and exergy efficiencies.
