Kazak mizahı ve önemli Kazak mizah tipleri

Abstract

In this study, we will try to research Kazakh humour and famous Kazakh humour types. Many theories exist about what humour is and what social function it serves. We gave an information in chronological order about well-known humour researches and accepted humour theories in Eastern and Western science, especially studies in Kazakhstan and Russia, that were disputed since Aristoteles. On the other hand we gave an information about Kazakh humour comprehension and well-known Kazakh humour types as Kojanasır (Hoca Nasreddin), Aldar Köse, Tazşa Bala (Keloğlan) and Jiyrenşe Şeşen (wisecracker). Also anecdotes, legends and folk-tales, about these types, are being analysed according to humour theories.Key WordsKazakh humour, Kojanasır, Aldar Köse, Tazşa Bala (Keloğlan), Jiyrenşe Şeşen, humour theories, humour studies in Kazakhstan and Russia.
