Farklı esneklik düzeylerine sahip sporcularda statik germe sonrası kassal güç değişim sürecinin analizi

Abstract

Purpose: To study; how long the acute effects of the power productions of the statical stretching exercises would perpetuate on the elite sportsman?s .Materials and Methods : As voluntarily, 36 elite levelled Taekwando sportsman of whom were between 18 ? 30 years old and 20 football players had been selected. The test which had been applied were with the electronical vertical jumping measurement device and ?Counter Movement? jumping test which not including the statical stretching exercises after the general dynamic warming activity. Later on, the statical stretching exercises had been fulfilled on the pelvis excenteurs, knee flexors and the ankle flexors which every single recurrance would take 30-40 seconds in maximal intensive. That had been executed as 6-8 times on each of the muscle group which had been completed in 4 minutes time in total for every trial. Right after of these implementations the jumping tests had also been repeated in 15-30-45-60-75 and 90 minute periods. Among the tests of the followings of the statical stretching exercises also had been provided that the sportsman were remained active with the dynamic tests. The same protocol, in sequance of the next day and instead of the ?counter movement? jumping test had been implied and repeated as the dept jumping test which they had been fallen down from 70 cm platform. Results: According to the elasticity groups and after the statical stretching exercises the CMJ and DJ tests had not not been found meaningful by statistics (p>0.05). No decreasing (0-5 minutes) had been remarked in all the elasticity groups after the application. Also, the statical stretching exercises due to the CMJ and DJ alternations had not been found meaningful (p>0.05). Again, it is found as meaningful in statistics by percentage within the groups and mutual twins comparisons on CMJ commencement values and sequance measurements of the CMJ groups (p<0.05).However, it is found as meaningless in statistics by percentage within the groups and mutual twins comparisons on DJ commencement values and sequance measurements of the CMJ groups (p<0.05).Conclusion: The statical stretching exercises is not decreasing power productions in the spotsman?s of whom are not good by the elasticity respects. Also the statistical stretching exercises might be somewhat avantageous in all the sportsman.
