Fungusit, bitki aktivatörü ve bitki stimulantının biber bitkisinin (Capsicum annuum L. ) anatomik ve morfolojik yapısı üzerine etkileri

Abstract

vn ABSTRACT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FUNGISIT, PLANT ACTIVATOR AND PLANT STIMULANT ON ANATOMICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURES OF PEPPER PLANT (Capsicum annuum L.) KARAVAŞ, Betûl Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Nedret TORT February 2002, 106 Page In is study, Quadris as a fungicide, Crop-Set as a plant stimulant, ISR- 2000 as a plant activator were pulverized separatelly with label recommendation on pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) plants grown in Tatkavakli, Bursa, Turkey. A total 4 applications were made starting after transplanting following 14 days interval. The most variation among noticeable the groups was obtained on leaves when anatomical and morphological effects were found in all treatments compare to untreated one in terms of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid and stoma index, the most increase was determined in ISR-2000 treated plants. When superficial examinations of leaves were made, single cell, abnormal, stuck stoma were found in Quadris treated plants. In both harvests, more or less increases were obtained in all treatments as to healthy fruit numbers, increases were found 13.2%, 89.4% and 75.8% in Quadris, ISR-2000 and Crop-Set respectively. The parallel results were obtained in healthy fruit weights as more weight 12.6% in Quadris, 104% in ISR-2000 and 74% in Crop-Set treated plots compare to untreated plots.vm In desired fruit leight criteria, the highest inceases were obtained in first harvest of ISR-2000 treatments as 18.8% and in second harvest of Crop-Set as 74%. When desired fruit thickness was evaluated, the most increases were measured. In both harvest from ISR-2000 treated plants. The results showed that plant stimulant and plant activator help to improve both yield and quality of pepper and concluded also promising benefits from them in healthy plants will contribute in practice of pepper growing. Key words; Capsicum annuum, Phytopathology, Solanaceae, Capsaicinoid, Plant activator, Plant stimulant, Fungicide.
