Abstract

Bu çalışmada, domates fide kök çürüklük etmenlerine (Pythiumspp., Rhizoctonia spp., Fusarium spp.) karşı, hidrojen peroksit veperasetik asit bazlı dezenfektanlar kullanarak hastalığın kontrol edilipedilemeyeceği Bitki Koruma Bölümü serasında araştırılmıştır.Denemeler, saksı koşullarında suni olarak inoküle edilmiş toprak ile2007 ve 2008 yıllarında aynı koşullarda gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yapılan uygulamalar sonunda fidelerin fitotoksite olmadan sağlıklıbir şekilde büyüdüğü gözlenmiştir. Her iki deneme sonuçlarıdeğerlendirildiğinde karşılaştırma ilacı olarak kullanılan MaximXL isimlifungisit en etkili bulunmuştur. Bunu Peras ve Sanosil Super 25 isimlidezenfektanlar izlemiştir. Dezenfektanlar içerisinde ise, Peras ve SanosilSuper 25 arasında istatistik açıdan bir fark bulunmamıştır. Oxy isimlidezenfektan ise en düşük etkiyi göstermiştir. Dezenfektanların bitkihastalıklarının savaşımında fungisitler gibi yüksek etki göstermese deçevre dostu olmalarından dolayı alternatif olarak kullanılabileceğikanısına varılmıştır. Çalışmaların doğa koşullarında da devamettirilmesinde yarar bulunmaktadır.Anahtar kelimeler: Fusarium, dezenfektan, hidrojen peroksit, perasetikasit, hastalık kontrolü

In this study, whether if some disinfectants with active ingradientshydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid could control the root rotpathogens (Pythium spp., Rhizoctonia spp., Fusarium spp.) of tomatoseedling was evaluated in greenhouse of Department of Plant Protection,Ege University, İzmir. The trials with artificial inoculated soil with thepathogens in pot conditions were conducted in both 2007 and 2008 at thesame conditions.Disinfectant treatments didnot cause any phytotoxicity on theseedlings at tested doses. In the results of both trails, Maxim XL as acomparison fungicide had the highest efficacy following Peras andSanosil Super 25. There was no statistically significance between Perasand Sanosil Super 25. Oxy had the lowest efficacy in control of thepathogens with tested dose. It was concluded that disinfectant even withless efficacies could be alternative to the fungicides due to theirenvironmental friendly properties. More studies should be needed to usethe disinfectants in practice.Key words: Fusarium, disinfectant, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid,disease control
