Abstract

Nohutta Antraknoz hastalığına dayanıklılığı belirlemek üzere C. arietinum (FLIP84-92C, dayanıklı) x C. reticulatum Lad. (PI 599072, hassas) ebeveynlerinin çaprazlanmasıyla oluşturulan, 77 bireye sahip bir Rekombinant Kendilenmiş Hat (RIL) populasyonunda, DNA markörleri kullanılarak QTL analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. 118 polimorfik RAPD marköründen 87ʼsi (%74), toplam 889,1 cM uzunluğunda 11 bağlantı grubu (BG) içeren bir bağlantı haritası oluşturmuştur. İki markör arası ortalama uzaklık 10 cMʼdır. QTL analizleri sonucu BG1 ve BG3 üzerinde iki QTL belirlenmiştir. Bu iki QTL üzerinde bulunan markörler Antraknoz hastalığına dayanıklı çeşit geliştirmede kullanılma potansiyeli mümkün görünmektedir.
