Kışlık nohutta hasat indeksi stabilitesi ve tane verimi ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Yeni geliştirilmiş kabuli nohut hatları kontrol çeşitlerle birlikte iki ayrı populasyon halinde İzmir-Bornova'da dört ürün yılında (1997-2001) yürütülen tekrarlaman denemelerde yetiştirilmiş ve hasat indeksi için bazı stabılıte parametreleri tahmin edilmiştir. Hasat indeksi ile bitki tane verimi ve bitki boyu arasındaki basit korelasyon katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Genotip x yıl interaksiyonları analizi her ıkı populasyonda genotiplerin hasat indeksi için kışlık koşullarda fenotıpık stabilitelerinin tahminlenmesinde regresyondan sapma varyansının $(S^2_d)$ kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir. Her bir populasyonda istatistik olarak önemsiz $S^2_d$ ve çok yüksek $r^2$ (belirleme katsayısı) değerlerinin elde edildiği dört hattın hasat indeksi performanslarının stabil olduğu belirlenmiştir. Her iki populasyonda da hasat indeksi ile bitki tane verimi arasında olumlu, bitki boyu ile de olumsuz yönde ilişkilerinin bulunduğu gözlenmiştir. Çalışma bulgularına göre, farklı yetiştirme yıllarında tutarlı bir şekilde elde edilecek % 35-40 düzeyinde hasat indeksi performansının yüksek verimli ve makinalı hasada uygun kışlık nohut çeşitlerinin geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
