Hastane çalışanlarının toplumsal kültürel özellikleri

Abstract

It was found that paternalism and loyalty towards community orientations of hospital employees were high while fatalism and power distance orientations were low. These 4 cultural characteristics were also compared by demographic variables. It was found that none of variables caused differences in loyalty towards community and power distance orientations. But fatalism and paternalism points were high in the low educated, low income groups and helper personnel.
