Abstract

Orkinos dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de avlama temelli yetiştiriciliği yapılan yeni bir türdür. Orkinosların fizyolojik ve biyolojik yapıları kültürü yapılan diğer türlere göre farklılık göstermektedir. Bu balıkların yetiştirme yöntemleri ve hastalıkları hakkında sınırlı bilgi vardır. Orkinoslardaki enfeksiyöz hastalıklar diğer yetiştiriciliği yapılan türlerdeki gibi viral, bakteriyel ve paraziter hastalıklar olmak üzere guruplandırılabilir. Bu balıklarda viral hastalıklardan sadece iridovirus enfeksiyonu bildirilmiştir. Yetişkin orkinoslar bakteriyel etkenlere karşı dirençlidir. Vibrio sp. ve Aeromonas sp. gibi opurtinistik patojenler predispose faktörlerin yardımıyla enfeksiyona neden olmaktadır. Orkinoslarda bakteriyel hastalık olarak pasteurellosis ve tuberculosis teşhis edilmiştir. Paraziter hastalıklar daha sık görülmekle beraber balık eti üzerinde olumsuz etkiler yapmaktadır. Bu derlemede, ülkemizde karşılaşılabilecek enfeksiyöz orkinos hastalıkları üzerine dikkat çekilmiştir
