HEPATİT B

Abstract

Ülkemizde çok sık görülmesi, taşıyıcılığın olması, ivegen olgularla ölümle sonuçlanması, tedavi giderlerinin yüksek olması ve iş gücü kaybı nedeni ile ekonomik kayıplara yol açmasıyla Hepatit B önemli bir Halk Sağlığı sorunudur. Günümüzde dünyada 300.000.000'in üzerinde HBU taşıyıcısı vardır. Buna her yıl 50.000 yeni olgu katılmakta ve her yıl 1.200.000 kişi bu hastalıktan ölmektedir. Türkiye'de değişik gruplarda HBsAg Tayıcıcılığı 4-12 arasındadır. Buna göre ülkemizde yaklaşık 3.000.000 tayıcısı olup, her 3 kişiden biri HBU ile karşılaşmıştır
