Abstract

Sirospun® sistemi, ring iplik makinesinde doğrudan bükümlü iplik üretmek amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Sistemde, iki fitil özel kılavuzlarla ve paralel olarak çekim sistemine beslenmekte ve ayrı ayrı çekime uğramaktadır. Aynı iplik numarasına sahip tek katlı iplikler ile karşılaştırıldığında, Sirospun® ipliği tüylülük, mukavemet ve aşınma dayanımı açısından daha olumlu sonuçlar vermektedir. Çift katlı iplikler ile karşılaştırıldığında ise yine esneklik ve tüylülük açısından daha avantajlıdır. Bu olumlu iplik özelliklerinin yanı sıra, Sirospun® sisteminin kullanılmasıyla katlama ve büküm işlemi ortadan kaldırıldığı için makine sayısı azalmakta, bu sayede de özellikle enerji ve klima maliyetlerinde önemli kazanç sağlanmaktadır. Bu yazıda Sirospun® sisteminin çalışma prensibi ve iplik özelliklerinde sağladığı avantajlar detaylı biçimde anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.

By using sirospun process, a spin-twisted yarn can be produced directly on the ring- spinning machine. Two rovings are led paralel through the drafting system and then separated by two special condensers and drafted separately. When compared with a single yarn with same yarn count, sirospun yarn is better in hairiness, strength and abrasion resistance. Furthermore, it's more extensible in higher twist coefficients. Sirospun yarn is more extensible and less hairy than two-ply yarn, too. The SiroSpun process on the ring spinning machine reduces investment costs. Moreover production, energy and air-conditioning costs involved, the organisation of the mill is also greatly simplified by eliminating the twisting department.
