Resultados perinatais de gêmeos com pesos discordantes ao nascer

Abstract

The discordance in weight between twins pairs is one of the most important complications of the twin’s pregnancy, due to its elevated incidence and high degree of perinatal mortality. Aim - To study the influence of the weight differences between the first and second newborn twin in the perinatal results.
