Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe uma análise pormenorizada da revista Caros Amigos nos seu dez primeiros anos de circulação. Nesse sentido, foi possível levantar diversas questões sobre a prática de jornalismo alternativo executada pelo mensário e entender qual o seu papel na história da imprensa brasileira contemporânea. Caros Amigos foi analisada em sua totalidade, o que permitiu conclusões seguras sobre todos os aspectos estudados, ou seja, ainda que as pesquisas tenham sido feitas por partes (seções, publicidade, direcionamento político e ideológico, colaboradores), sempre esteve em perspectiva o prévio conhecimento da totalidade, o que possibilitou entender não apenas as partes especificas, mas como cada uma contribuiu para a caracterização da publicação em sua primeira década. Ainda foram levantadas e analisadas questões espinhosas, como as preferências políticas dos colaboradores de Caros Amigos, a relação entre a revista e o PT, assim como a elevada quantidade de publicidade desse partido.

This paper purpose a analysis of the magazine Caros Amigos in yours then first years. A lot of subjects were discussed on the practice of the alternative journalism executed by the magazine, with the objective of understanding the paper of Caros Amigos in the brazilian press. It was obtained safe results on all studied aspects and the researches were made by parts. Still hard subjects were analyzed, as the collaborators political preferences, the relationship between the publication and PT, as well as the great number of publicity of that political party.
