Kooora Tunisie: ciberativismo tunisiano: proposta para documentários interativos

Abstract

The dissertation develops a new proposal in the field of documentaries aiming to create a product: an interactive documentary about the page Kooora Tunisie, one of the most prominent Tunisian cyber-activism, which collaborated to form opinion, with the Jasmine Revolution first movement of what would be known as the Arab Srping. We seek to ponder the ways that assume the information and Communication Technologies, a service building - systemic or not - of the Information Society. In this sense, the work presents itself divided between the path of radicalization of public policies that point to building a civic society and the path represented by cyberactivism as a way to break boundaries with situations within systems of low social and political governance. Given the fluid environment and knowledge of hipertext network, collective intelligence takes shape adding people who share ideas, concepts coalesce and draw specific wordviews. The construction of individual and collective movements of feeds and is fed by content shared by digital media. The possibility of being present in the lives of others and to commune with the same ideals of another - it was just restricted to physical presence and materials such as books, magazines, newspapers, books - was converted into binary codes, able to spread so simultaneously and easily translatable into any language anywhere in the world, generating social networks that allow the production, dissemination and determination of ideologies. Within the virtual era, digital TV -as a way that points to the formation of an interacting able to exchange knowledge from a return channel - expands the possibilities of the network, enabling the creation of extra content within the linear content. This work presents the script of the documentary interactive Kooora Tunise: Tunisian cyber-activism, this interactive features and information about the setting of the Tunisian cyber-revolution, the main character
