Abstract

Inicialmente apresentamos uma breve introdução aos conceitos de probabilidade ne cessários para o desenvolvimento do trabalho. Como objetivo principal deste trabalho estudamos o processo de ramificação e para isso, apresentamos a cadeia de Markok, suas definições, propriedades e classificações, já que o processo de ramificação é um exemplo de Cadeia de Markov. Por fim estudamos algumas aplicações com o processo de ramificação.

Initially we present a brief introduction to the concepts of probability necessary for the development of the work. As the main objective of this work, we study the branching process and for that, we present the Markok Chain, its definitions, properties and classifications, since the branching process is an example of Markov chain. Finally, we study some applications with the branching process.
