Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo geral obter as transformações de Lorentz da Relatividade Especial apresentando uma aplicação da Álgebra Linear, a partir das transformações pseudo-ortogonais definidas para os espaços pseudo-euclidianos, o objetivo específico é demonstrar sua invariância sob as transformações de Lorentz e discutir as transformações de Lorentz como estrutura de grupo e suas representações.

The present work has for general objective to obtain the Lorentz transformations of Special Relativity presenting an application of Linear Algebra, from the pseudo-orthogonal transformations defined for the pseudo-Euclidean spaces, the specific objective is to de monstrate its invariance under the Lorentz transformations and discuss the Lorentz trans formations as a group structure and its representations.
