Frequência ressonante e a qualidade externa e interna do ovo

Abstract

A pesquisa foi definida tendo como objetivo avaliar o uso da frequência ressonante na avaliação dos parâmetros de qualidade interna e externa de ovos de poedeiras comerciais. Foram realizados dois experimentos utilizando o total 960 aves de duas linhagens comerciais diferentes (A e B), sendo 480 aves de cada. No primeiro experimento as aves foram submetidas, por um período de quatro meses, às dietas com três níveis diferentes de fósforo sendo: T1 (0,105%), T2 (0,200%) e T3 (0,394%). Consistindo T3 o atendimento nutricional, T1 e T2 tratamentos com níveis deficientes de fósforo. Após o período de adaptação os ovos foram coletados e analisados no mesmo dia em que foram produzidos. No segundo experimento foi realizada uma coleta 800 ovos produzidos no mesmo dia, esses ovos foram mantidos armazenados à temperatura controlada (23° C) e analisados semanalmente por um período de dez semanas. Todos os ovos foram submetidos a análise da frequência ressonante. Logo após foram analisados quanto aos parâmetros de qualidade interna e externa por meio do uso de equipamentos automatizados, balança digital e micrometro de precisão. No primeiro experimento houve a diminuição da resistência de casca no decorrer do tempo, sendo significativa a interação dos níveis de fósforo e resistência para a linhagem B (T1:3,36 kgf e T3:3,72 kgf). A frequência ressonante, ao decorrer do período, aumentou significativamente (p < 0,05) para o tratamento T1 e não se modificou para o tratamento T3 (T1: 5317,02 Hz – 6041,17 Hz; T3: 5404,72 Hz – 5362,64 Hz). No segundo experimento os parâmetros de qualidade interna de unidade Haugh (UH) e índice gema (IG) diminuíram 27 % ao longo do tempo (UH: 79,1 – 57,5; IG: 0,399 – 0,225) enquanto a frequência subiu 14,9 % (4585 Hz – 5267 Hz). Com os dados obtidos foi possível estruturar os seguintes modelos matemáticos para predição de resistência (a) de casca e índice de unidade Haugh (b) via o uso da frequência ressonante. The research was defined with the objective of evaluating the use of resonant frequency in the evaluation of internal and external quality parameters of eggs from commercial laying hens. Two experiments were carried out using a total of 960 birds of two different commercial lineages (A and B), with 480 birds each. In the first experiment, the birds were subjected, for a period of four months, to diets with three different levels of phosphorus being: T1 (0.105%), T2 (0.200%) and T3 (0.394%). Consisting of T3 nutritional care, T1 and T2 treatments with deficient levels of phosphorus. After the adaptation period, the eggs were collected and analyzed on the same day they were produced. In the second experiment, 800 eggs at the same day of production was carried out, the eggs were kept stored at controlled temperature (23° C) and analyzed weekly for a period of ten weeks. All eggs were subjected to resonant frequency analysis. Soon after, they were analyzed for internal and external quality parameters using automated equipment, digital scale and precision micrometer. In the first experiment there was a decrease in bark resistance over time, with significant the interaction of phosphorus levels and resistance for lineage B (T1:3.36 kgf and T3:3.72 kgf). The resonant frequency, over the course of the period, increased significantly (p < 0.05) for treatment T1 and did not change for treatment T3 (T1: 5317.02 Hz - 6041.17 Hz; T3: 5404.72 Hz - 5362.64 Hz). In the second experiment, the internal quality parameters of Haugh unit (UH) and yolk index (YI) decreased by 27 % over time UH : 79.1 - 57.5; YI: 0.399 - 0.225) while the frequency rose 14.9% (4585 Hz - 5267 Hz). With the data obtained it was possible to structure the following mathematical models for predicting shell resistance (a) and Haugh unit index (b) via the use of resonant frequency.
