Digestibilidade ileal de frangos de corte alimentados com dietas suplementadas com enzimas exógenas

Abstract

O experimento foi conduzido para avaliar o efeito da eficiência enzimática em dietas com e sem redução de nutrientes sobre a digestibilidade ileal de frangos de corte. Um total de 1440 pintos de corte macho (Cobb®) foram distribuídos em um delineamento inteiramente casualizado, com 4 tratamentos em esquema fatorial 2 x 2 (duas dietas controle versus adição ou não enzimática) com 8 repetições de 45 aves em cada unidade experimental. As dietas controles foram: controle positivo (com níveis nutricionais recomendados na literatura para cada fase) e um controle negativo (com redução de energia, cálcio e fósforo). A suplementação enzimática consistiu da combinação das enzimas fitase (100g/t) e complexo enzimático de amilase, xilanase e protease (500g/t). Foi avaliada a digestibilidade ileal da matéria seca, proteína bruta e energia das aves nas idades de 22 e 43 dias de idade. A redução dos nutrientes nas dietas controle negativo promoveu redução na energia digestível e digestibilidade da proteína, entretanto, a adição da combinação enzimática no controle negativo aumentou a energia digestível nas duas idades, e o coeficiente de digestibilidade da proteína aos 22 dias de idade. A adição de enzimas melhorou a digestibilidade ileal de nutrientes em dietas com redução de nutrientes.
