Responsabilidad social corporativa en el deporte adaptado

Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (en adelante RSC) es una manera de gestionar aplicable a todas las organizaciones, incluidas las deportivas, por la que la organización analiza y gestiona sus impactos principalmente en las áreas social, medio ambiental y económica. El deporte adaptado, por su objetivo integrador y de defensa de los derechos de las personas con necesidades especiales, está fuertemente alineado con la dimensión social de la RSC. Esta sinergia puede implementarse tanto desde la propia organización de deporte adaptado a través de sus programas, como por otras organizaciones que quieran patrocinar el deporte adaptado como parte de su estrategia de RSC. La literatura en RSC y deporte puede considerarse reciente, pues la mayoría se ha escrito en los últimos 10 años poniendo el foco en la parte más comercial del deporte. El objetivo del presente artículo ha sido identificar las aproximaciones teóricas elaboradas sobre la RSC en el deporte adaptado. Para ello se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica a partir de las bases de datos electrónicas de Scopus, Sportdicuss y Eric mediante la utilización de descriptores vinculados a la RSC y el deporte adaptado. La búsqueda realizada no ha arrojado ningún resultado, a pesar de haber utilizado diversos descriptores. Las conclusiones a las que se llegan es el desconocimiento del concepto de RSC en las organizaciones de deporte adaptado y de su aplicabilidad, así como una visión reducida de la RSC vinculada a las organizaciones comerciales y al patrocinio deportivo.
