Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se realiza una investigación acerca de la aplicación de la metodología BIM al proyecto AS-BUILT, en particular a una infraestructura lineal. En el mismo se ha realizado una aproximación a la construcción digital de obras civiles, para seguidamente desarrollar el proyecto CAD (Proyecto de Carretera que está finalizándose y en proceso de recepción de las obras ejecutadas) objeto de su modelado BIM para su uso posterior en la gestión de la conservación. También se ha realizado un estudio sobre las herramientas BIM para obras lineales disponibles actualmente, a fin de evaluar su idoneidad para este trabajo. Y como última fase del trabajo, se lleva a cabo la realización de un modelo AS-BUILT en AutoCAD Civil 3D, eligiéndose como modelo el proyecto real de la Variante de las poblaciones de Beas y Trigueros en la carretera N-435. En este modelo se ha desarrollado una sección tipo de la carretera que permite entre otros definir la construcción real del terraplén y desmonte, mediante el software Subassembly Composer. Una vez que se han obtenido los sólidos de las diferentes capas de la carretera, se les introducirá la información relativa a los ensayos del control de calidad de la obra, para ello introduciremos la información mediante las Properties Set de C3D. Con esto se pretende estudiar el desarrollo de gemelos virtuales para usos BIM; para así verificar este avance en la construcción digital, para llegar a ser un modelo BIM 7D que permita la gestión de activos de obras civiles lineales. Y a la vez verificar la capacidad en introducción de información en el modelo 3D.

In the present Final Degree Project, an investigation about the application of the BIM methodology to the AS-BUILT project, in particular to a linear infrastructure, is carried out. An approach to the digital construction of civil works has been made, to then develop the CAD project (Road Project that is being finalized and in the process of receiving the executed works) object of its BIM modelling for its later use in conservation management. A study has also been carried out on the BIM tools for linear works currently available, in order to assess their suitability for this work. And as the last project phase, an AS-BUILT model in AutoCAD Civil 3D is carried out, choosing the real project of the Variant of the towns of Beas and Trigueros on the N-435 road as model. In this model, a standard road section has been developed that allows, among other things, to define the actual construction of the embankment and road dismount, using the Subassembly Composer software. Once the solids of the different layers of the road have been obtained, the information related to the quality control tests of the work will be introduced. To do this, the information will be introduced by means of the Properties Set of C3D. With this we intend to study the development of virtual twins for BIM uses; in order to verify this advance in digital construction to become a 7D BIM model that allows the management of linear civil works assets. And at the same time, verify the capacity of information introduction in the 3D model.
