La evolución de los conceptos soberanía, poderes y derechos también reúne en sí misma los presupuestos evoluti-vos del constitucionalismo en cuanto forma de organización del Estado. En el contexto actual, la globalización, siendo un término de difícil definición desde una perspectiva constitucional, es, sin duda, una realidad empírica que influye en un diseño del cons-titucionalismo teórico delimitado por la observancia de los derechos y las libertades fundamentales. Asimismo, diferentes factores actúan como elementos que erosionan el concepto y la dimensión estatal sobre los que han venido sosteniéndose las modernas teorías del constitucionalismo y que obligan a admi-tir nuevas proporciones del término para superar premisas clásicas y avanzar hacia una nueva concepción de los principios democráticos.

The evolution of the concepts of sovereignty, powers and rights also brings together in itself the evolutionary presup-positions of constitutionalism as a form of state organization. In the current con-text, globalization, being a term difficult to define from a constitutional perspective, is undoubtedly an empirical reality that influences a design of theoretical constitu-tionalism delimited by the observance of fundamental rights and freedoms. Likewise, different factors act as elements that erodes the concept and state dimen-sion on which the modern theories of con-stitutionalism have been based and that force us to admit new proportions of the term in order to overcome classic premises and move towards a new conception of democratic principies.
