In this paper, we present an analysis of the recent evolution of the most important labour variables at the Spanish and Andalusian level. According to the data, it can be assume that some signs of recovery are Àowering in the Spanish economy. A positive growth, although weak, of Spanish´s GDP in the rst part of 2010 seems to indicate that recession is over, but, labour market variables are not so positive. In the second quarter of 2010, employment in Spain has grown but unemployment did the same due to the increment of the labour supply. In Andalusia, during the same period occupation declined and unemployment went up.
