The economic recovery, that seems to have arrived at the main European countries, has not yet come to Spain. The Spanish economy appears at the bottom of the list of the European countries according to economic growth. On the contrary, Spain is at the top of the list if unemployment rate is the variable considered. According to data supplied by the National Institute of Statistics, in the third quarter of 2010, occupation has grown and unemployment has declined as the supply of labour has been stable during this quarter. During the same period, the Andalusian Labour Market shows a different evolution. Employment has declined and unemployment rate has grown, up to a 28.55%, 8.76 points higher than the Spanish figure.
