El empleo sigue creciendo en España a ritmos singulares: informe de coyuntura sobre el mercado de trabajo en España y Andalucía durante el segundo trimestre 2006

Abstract

En el segundo trimestre de 2006, las variables laborales de la economía española han seguido la tendencia de buen comportamiento que caracteriza los últimos años. Según los datos disponibles en la Encuesta de Población Activa. La ocupación se ha acercado a los veinte millones de personas y el desempleo se ha reducido este trimestre en casi cien mil. En lo que respecta a la economía Andaluza, las variables laborales han seguido este mismo comportamiento favorable. La ocupación ha crecido en este trimestre en más de ciento cincuenta mil personas y el desempleo en 23.600, bajando la cifra total de los cuatrocientas cincuenta mil desempleados. Como consecuencia de esta evolución, la tasa de paro media en España se sitúa en 8,53% y en Andalucía en el 9,26%, cifras que recogen valores más reducidos de los últimos años.
