Abstract

En la actualidad, debido a las nuevas tecnologías y al uso creciente de ésta por los consumidores, el comercio electrónico avanza a pasos agigantados y, cada vez más, la pequeña y mediana empresa abre una tienda online para vender sus productos. La creciente competencia entre empresas que tienen un sitio web de comercio electrónico, y la mayor exigencia del usuario online a la hora de navegar y comprar en un sitio web, hacen que estas deban cuidar la calidad de su sitio web de comercio electrónico. Es cierto que un cliente online que se vea frustrado en la búsqueda y compra de un producto en un determinado sitio web, es un cliente que comprará en la competencia, siendo ésta una venta perdida hoy y mañana para la empresa online, de ahí, la importancia de la calidad de un sitio web de comercio electrónico. En este trabajo propondremos una herramienta completa y práctica para evaluar un sitio web de comercio electrónico
