Satisfacción laboral y competencias de los jóvenes economistas

Abstract

Este trabajo examina los determinantes de la satisfacción laboral de una cohorte de jóvenes graduados: los que obtuvieron su titulación en el curso 2001/2002 en las carreras del área económica de la Universidad de Sevilla. Tras estimar un logit ordenado se obtiene la conclusión que el grado de satisfacción en el trabajo actual de los individuos está determinado por el grado de desafío de los trabajos que éstos desempeñan, medido como el nivel de competencias requeridas en el mundo laboral.
