La invalidez de la promesa de donación

Abstract

La promesa de donación es una donación incompleta, carente de los efectos jurídicos de aquélla en la que concurren todos los requisitos legales. Es un concepto inoperante sin trascendencia jurídica, porque la promesa de donación unilateral no es válida al carecer de los requisitos exigidos por el Código Civil para la validez de la misma donación.
