Se expone brevemente las principales razones que han conducido a la creación de órganos judiciales especializados, los Juzgados de Violencia sobre la mujer, como contribución, en el marco del enfoque multidisciplinar de estos fenómenos, al tratamiento específico y unitario de conductas penales y cuestiones civiles.

It is exposed briefly the main reasons that have lead the creation of specialized judicial organs, the Courts of Violence on the woman, like contribution, within the framework of the approach to multidiscipline of this phenomena, to the specific and unitary treatment of penal conducts and civil questions.
