Abstract

En los últimos años ha aparecido un nuevo y revolucionario canal de comunicación entre las empresas y sus clientes: . En la actualidad es prácticamente imprescindible para cualquier empresa de éxito tener su propia página web corporativa. Entre sus múltiples usos destaca el ser un sistema de promoción y conocimiento de la organización así como un nuevo y cada vez más importante canal de ventas que permite una rápida y eficiente interacción oferta-demanda. En el presente trabajo se analiza la oferta hotelera de la ciudad de Sevilla a partir del estudio de la información suministrada a través de las páginas web corporativas. El objetivo es el análisis de los servicios complementarios al hospedaje y las tecnologías puestas a disposición de los huéspedes por la industria hotelera sevillana.

Lately a new and revolutionary communication channel between companies and customer has appeared: . Nowadays is essential for any successful company to have their own corporate website. Among the numerous applications of web pages stands out to be a system to promote the organization as well as to be a new and important sell channel, allowing a fast and efficient supply-demand interaction. This work’s aim is to analyse the information related to the hotel supply in Seville city through its hotel corporative websites. The objective of this work is to analyse the services as well as guest technologies offered to customers by Seville lodging industry.
