En los actuales sistemas de enseñanza, el agotamiento emocional se ha convertido en un riesgo real para todos los docentes. Las tensiones acumuladas por los profesores para tratar de desarrollar su trabajo en condiciones verdaderamente difíciles inciden sobre su dimensión afectiva, sobre su campo emocional. En este artículo, incidimos en los principales factores estudiados como causantes del denominado malestar docente. Finalmente, se sugiere el engagement como una vía alternativa al malestar del profesorado, inspiradora de nuevas investigaciones que puedan ofrecer sugerencias válidas para la práctica profesional.
In the current school systems, stress, emotional exhaustion has become a risk for all teachers. Tensions accumulated by teachers to try to develop his work in conditions really difficult to affect its affective dimension, on their emotional field. In this article, we focus on the main factors studied as the cause of so-called educational malaise. Fnally, it is suggested the engagement as an alternative to the discomfort of teacher, inspiring new research that can provide valid suggestions for professional practice.
