In the following pages I analyze some aspects of the principle autonomy in bioethics with regard to the Kantian concept, and if the above mentioned principle represents, in relation to the concept of health, an overcoming of the paternalistic paradigm.
En las páginas siguientes analizo algunos aspectos del principio de autonomía de la bioética respecto al concepto kantiano, y si dicho principio representa, en relación al concepto de salud, una superación del paradigma paternalista.
