Este trabajo presenta el diseño y experimentación de una metodología de aprendizaje colaborativo en el nivel universitario. Las contribuciones sobre comunidades virtuales de aprendizaje y enseñanza recíproca han servido para el diseño de esta propuesta formativa. Participan en el estudio 113 estudiantes de primer curso de Pedagogía. Se aplica una escala likert, un diferencial semántico y una entrevista grupal. Los resultados muestran una valoración positiva de la metodología por parte del alumnado, mostrando la utilidad de los foros de discusión como espacio de encuentro y de aprendizaje. Los estudiantes valoran positivamente los logros en el aprendizaje de competencias en un plano instrumental, comunicativo y afectivo.
This paper presents the design and application of a collaborative learning methodology in Higher Education. Contributions about learning virtual communities and reciprocal teaching have been used for designing this educational proposal based in collaborative learning principles. 113 students in a graduate course participate in this study. A Likert scale, Osgood semantic differential and a group interview are used. The results show that students assess in a positive way this methodology and specially the discussion forum as a setting for meeting and learning. Students assess their achievements in instrumental, communicative and affective competences positively as well.
