Los realizadores audiovisuales realizan su trabajo con distintas motivaciones y en la búsqueda de su estilo son de vital importancia las influencias de otros realizadores, el entorno en el que viven y sus productos audiovisuales favoritos. Ellos tienen una idea de su propio trabajo que puede estar acorde a la realidad o sólo hacer parte de lo que quisieran ser y no se ve reflejado en sus productos audiovisuales. La investigación “Características narrativas de los realizadores audiovisuales colombianos”, realizada en la Universidad de La Sabana por el grupo de investigación Cultura Audiovisual, busca indagar por la narrativa de los relatos audiovisuales realizados por jóvenes videastas en Colombia, a partir de la experiencia del programa Ópera Prima, coproducción de la Universidad de La Sabana y Señal Colombia, uno de los más importantes espacios de difusión de cortometrajes en el país, que presentó más de 150 trabajos audiovisuales de todos los géneros.

The research “Narrative characteristics of the Colombian videomakers” realized in the Universidad de La Sabana by the group of research audiovisual culture, seeks to understand the narrative characteristics of audiovisual stories by young video makers in Colombia, from the experience of the Opera Prima, co-production of the Universidad de La Sabana and Señal Colombia, this one was one of the most important programs for showing shortfilms in the country and introduced more than 150 audiovisual works of all the genders.
