Mediante las imágenes que el cine propone accedemos a versiones de la/s historia/s que explican de una manera u otra la forma de ser de un país y son otra posibilidad -una más- de conocer cómo funciona la memoria de dicha sociedad. Es por ello que este dispositivo mediático se inscribe simbólicamente en el conjunto de discursos en lo propio de una cultura para mostrarnos como funciona dicha trama discursiva y hacernos ver -técnica de por medio- situaciones que a veces hemos olvidado o no queremos recordar.
