The paper shows a country’s typology based on 12 variables related to: (i) the GHG emission behaviours of the countries, and (ii) the main driving forces determining them. Main Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis have been used as a tool for simplifying original data and for statistical classification. As a result, a typology with 12 different types of countries has been established.
