Análisis metateórico de los estudios de mujeres en las empresas informativas

Abstract

Esta investigación se enmarca en el proyec to de investigación SANIMUEI (Satisfacción de las Necesidades Informativas de las Mujeres en las Empresas Informativas), financiado por el Ministerio de Asuntos Sociales y gestionado por el Instituto de la Mujer. Dada la complejidad de este tema de investigación el enfoque de análisis debe ser multidisciplinar y tener en consideración los estudios que se han realizado desde diversas disciplinas: economía de la empresa, sociología, psicología, periodismo, etc. El objetivo es generar un mode lo metateórico que resuma y organice los diferentes estudios sobre mujeres en las empresas informativas. Para ello llevamos a cabo una revisión teórica de las inves tigaciones relacionadas con la presencia de las mujeres en las empresas de comunicación publicadas en los últimos años en informes y revistas de prestigio que nos permite identificar las dife rentes perspectivas y temas abordados en ellas. Como resultado se ofrece un modelo me tateórico que sirve de base para futuras investigaciones sobre este tópico.
