Aportaciones a la conexión controlada de transformadores de potencia

Abstract

La elevada corriente de magnetización que puede llegar a absorber un transformador cuando es energizado, trae consigo consecuencias negativas tanto para el propio transformador como para el sistema eléctrico más cercano. De las diferentes técnicas existentes para eliminar, o al menos reducir, esta sobrecorriente de magnetización, el uso de relés de maniobra controlada constituye una de las soluciones más adecuada. En esta tesis se han analizado las distintas estrategias propuestas en la literatura e implementadas en los relés comerciales, al mismo tiempo que se han propuesto nuevas metodologías. El estudio comparativo, realizado mediante simulación, de las nuevas estrategias con las existentes ha demostrado su efectividad. Finalmente, los datos experimentales, obtenidos en el marco de un proyecto de investigación con Red Eléctrica de España, han permitido validar los modelos utilizados en simulación, dando mayor validez a los estudios realizados con esta técnica.
