Las Escuelas de Gramática o Escuelas de Latín fueron un claro ejemplo del interés existente en la Edad Media por la educación. El objeto de este artículo es el estudio de las Constituciones o Estatutos del Colegio de San Ildefonso en la villa de Cuerva (Toledo), señorío de la familia de los Lasso de la Vega. El Colegio se fundó en el siglo XVII para la enseñanza del Latín y del Canto.
